A clear shot of their full body from the side ( standing or sitting ). this helps us get their proportions and leg markings right.

A Close-up of their face looking directly at the camera. This is vital for capturing the eye colour, nose shape and those unique facial markings.

Don't forget the tail and the back of the ears! This helps us see if there are any hidden spots or patches we might miss.

Because our Dinky figurines are handcrafted to your specific requirements, they are exempt from standard ' Change of mind ' return laws. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has begun.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or doesn't match the specifications agreed upon during the ordering process, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence so we can arrange a repair or replacement.
